Need handyman/woman assistance to drill a hole in a bedroom room for a picture to be hung .

I need the top part of my staircase baby-proofed with a safety gate however, one side of the stairs is a glass panel. The length from wall to the panel is about 36inch and from skirting board to glass panel is about 35.5inch (just a little under 36).

I am wanting to replace my current bathroom door with a sliding door that goes into the door frame. I would like to free up some space in the bathroom. The pictures I have attached show the sort of door that I could like to have installed.

We noticed our kitchen cabinet (above the bench top) was pulling away from the wall. We have removed it from the wall and seen that it was drilled into the plaster and not into the studs. We need some help to put it back up safely. There are studs behind it and it can also be secured to the cabinet next to it. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 2 February 2024

Repair or replace weatherboards on external wall in perpetration for paint. - Due date: Flexible

Ceiling had been damaged due to a leaking vent. Vent is now fixed however a patch needs to be cut out a plastered back in to the cornice and rest of ceiling. The area is approx 500mm x 500mm. There is also another area which has some cracking where a piece was joined a few years ago so hoping to get these patched as well. 2m of cracks. I also have a washing machine recess which I would like white plaster set added to the back. Area is 600mm x 870mm - Due date: Flexible
