Hi, My sunroom gets hot when the sun is out because the ceiling is only metal. I’d like to insulate it with either plasterboard and thermal insulation or insulated panels. Overall size is 3.9m wide x 8.15m long with one supporting post roughly in the middle. No fixing into the metal ceiling as that would cause water egress issues. Feel free to suggest designs and prices. Thank you.

Metal door frame has shifted from original setting. Our external fly screen door hits the frame. Door has been replaced recently but frame needs to be replaced as noted in the photos. Small area of fly screen above will need a frame to seal frame.

Need a reliable & competent person! I have Indian Myna birds nesting in my bedroom ceiling. Can hear them & have seen them enter & exit through gutter on side of single storey home. Need all nests removed & wire mesh attached over entry point. You will probably need to take off a tile to reach the nests & replace it afterwards. May need to also spray insect spray. Job needs to be done professionally & thoroughly. You will need a ladder, I can buy mesh or you can as long as purchase receipt is shown. Prefer someone to come out in AM incase the job takes a bit of time.

I would like a medium size mirror to be put up on my lounge wall. If it was lighter & had a place for 1 hook I could have done it myself but I think some measuring is involved. Hi, new kitchen installed-there is a small gap of 20mm- the difference between architrave and benchtop. Need the gap filled. Need suggestions to fill up & then filled. Can get a small cut for front of architrave. But suggestions before install would be great. Have been advised that it is a quick job to do.

The process is very straightforward and just requires a screw driver or drill to loosen the frame before placing the outer panels inside of the frame. From here you're just required to tighten the outer screw before placing the LED sign back into its branded box. Process should take maximum 20 - 40 mins.

Remove & replace laundry tub supplied by customer. Remove, supply & fit new splash back tiles & floor tiles under tub. Repair two leaking taps in bathroom for shower & vanity. Remove & replace tap-ware supplied by customer in ensuite for shower & vanity.
