Received our Building and Pest report back, and there is 2 old termite nest in roof & termite tracks under the house. All of this needs removing. Black mould has been found on one of the walls, so needs to be removed and painted 2m high x 1m wide. Mould on the ceiling to be removed. We had a termite treatment done, so no live termites, and this is reiterated in the recent report.

Clean/tidy removal of skirting boards and trim 1cm from timber window frames to enable fit out of 2 Walk-in-Robes. Total length of skirting boards to be removed is 12.57m across 2 WIR’s. Need a plasterer for two small jobs. One door frame and one window frame in my master bedroom (previous owner was a bit of a DIY amateur and left them in an unfinished condition). - Due date: Before Saturday, 20th Nov 2021

Plasterboard wall. Plastic plasterboard screw holders have fallen out of the wall and made big holes so I can't put them back in. Ideally, we need a strip of wood across the top of the wall under the cornice and then reattach curtain rod brackets into that. Too hard for me with sore shoulder. About an hour. Will make the job two hours to include travel to get materials. (or if you already have stuff with you, we can find another hour of work for you to make it worthwhile)

Flyscreens on two doors and three windows need to be replaced. We can provide the screen netting.

We have a window on the first floor that has a fly screen attached to the front. Our cat chasing a spider has pulled it half off. The fly screen is accessible from the outside only. Need someone that has a long ladder that can access the first floor and reattach fly screen. It’s a 10 min job.
