Hi, we are a fall detection company called HomeGuardian.ai. We provide fall detection devices to customers designed to pick up falls and then alert emergency contacts so the customer can get help when needed. We have a customer who lives up in the Evanston region and we are needing an installation done of 2 Devices of our home guardian devices. The customer has both of the devices in their possession already. There are 2 wall mounts to mount on the wall. These have been sent to the customer in readiness for the installation. There is an install guide that HomeGuardian has to ensure the correct installation of the devices. The installation itself is very basic there is no electrical work required. Simply mounting the wall mounts to a wall at 1.8m from the ground then screwing the device onto the mount and angling the device at a 40-degree angle. Only 1 device should be installed per room. The customer will choose the area for the installation. Usually they are wanted to be installed in frequently visited rooms or areas that have a higher chance of falling (open areas). Ensure the device is not directly facing animal beds, couches or chairs as this will cause consistent false alerts. The devices need to be mounted on the wall to prevent any potential for false alerts and to ensure complete accuracy in the detection of falls this is what is outlined in the guide. - Due date: Flexible
