I have a hws in the corner of a standard garage, want the pipes extended out the wall and along 3 meters. Need the new tank installed. Quote labour and materials Inc new valves and concrete base. I will supply aquamax 315l tank. I'm an electrician including this replacement as part of a larger job for switchboard upgrade etc to a client and will be on site at the same time.

Repair and brace up our outdoor fire chimney. Add some brackets / bracing, etc. to repair the areas as shown on the photo. Just need some steel brackets to hold it into place (so need to drill through the plate to secure the new bracket)
