Find an experienced handyman in Fig Tree Pocket

We have bedroom light fixtures and want ceiling fans installed instead. Have the fans and bulbs.

I'm looking for a handyperson to do a few jobs: 1) Hang four A1 picture frames. 2) Hang a menu rail (this has about 12 individual small rails) - looks a bit like one of these: https://au.georgeandwilly.com/collections/rail-menus 3) Attach an IKEA Brimnes headboard to a bedroom wall. https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/brimnes-bed-frame-w-storage-and-headboard-black-luroey-s19157425/#content I am not entirely sure how long this will take. I want someone with a really good attention to detail as the position and measurements for all these needs to be really accurate.

Replace the beam and install ceiling plasterboard

I have had a leak in my roof that caused a mould patch on my ceiling. The roof has since been repaired and repainted. There is an approximately 1.5 m x 1.5 m section/patch that’ll need to be cut out and replaced.

Supply hooks and screws, hang mirror on brick wall

Need assistance with checking and repairing speed regulators of three ceiling fans.

Construct a new leg press machine

Needing install of string fair lights into tree. Existing set removed (can be cut out) as they have been damaged by gardener beyond repair. A small ladder will assist getting started but job has been done previously by just climbing through the branches. Need task completed Tuesday.

Bunnings string of LED fairy lighting around tree has had the line cut (during gardening). I need it repaired ASAP for an event the following day. I’d rather have the line repaired than reset a replacement string of lights. I’m not sure if it needs soldering or just reconnecting. Both ends are exposed. Will post photos shortly. I don’t think it’s a tough job so should be a quick fix. Low voltage lights of course! :)

- Install 2 x ikea curtains - install 1 x wall shelf - install 1 x tap filter

Need to put up a lattice for this Bougainvillea. Put up the lattice horizontally on the fence and tying up the plant on the lattice. Any better idea welcome. Labour plus cost of the lattice from Bunning

I have a FISHER & PAYKEL (PRODUCT:25457-B, SERIAL: DY G800126, MODEL: RF522BRPX6) with seals that are very mouldy. Would like them changed pls

We have a few handyman jobs at our house… 4 revolving around doors (not revolving), one requiring a few nails hammered 1. bedroom door is not properly Aligned so getting stuck when opening and closing 2. outside door (photo attached) the handle was replaced while we were overseas but it’s not aligning to the latch so doesn’t shut without Some force/slight lifting of door which kids can’t do 3. Two sliding doors need the rails for the doors screwed in as they are loose 3. Small sliding door to office just need to lift off and set onto the correct slide (they have Been taken off and not installed back on the correct rail (photo) 4. Irrigation piping - photo attached just need someone to neatly tuck it under the wall and secure with the clips (which we have ) 5. Entrance gate - gets stuck when it rains so required a bit of sanding

I'm looking to get someone to hang a dartboard on the wall of my garage. Needs to be at the right level (will be supplied). Should be relatively simple. Will need you to supply screws and plugs for the plasterboard wall. I'm flexible on time/day. Happy for it to be early morning or evening.
