1.Side gates. One won’t close at all, and one is laying next to house with hinges removed from support posts. 2.A number of windows need ability to close properly and some locks installed. 3.Caulking/ filler in some areas 4.Paint Ceiling on Poarch 5.Replace a few broken tiles 6.Install a lock on sliding door 7.Kitchen light glass is loose 8.The garage doors do not stay up when open . 9.Inspect and potentailly quote on rotten boards and window frames replacement.

New Soffits installed as per photos. Would need to provide the materials. One small repair and one larger job - total about 5 linear meters. Above a patio, and accessible.

Need someone to come and add sturdy centrepiece to stop the doors from smashing into each other and jamming or overshooting, leaving gaps on the closed side. We have added screw and nuts a number of times but it needs a sturdy door stop at the top of the doors with rubber and metal. The doors are large and heavy.
