The whirly Bird on roof is old and in this windy weather out of control. Sounds like a broken 747 trying to land. Need it either tightened or dismantled. It’s on the very top roof where the red arrows are pointing. (The whirly bird in picture isn’t the faulty one. You can’t see the top roof WB from the ground). The vent is on the top floor.
