I have a ~3 paintings to hang, but need to drill screws into concrete wall, and would or we we someone experienced did this. I’m happy to buy recommended drill bit & screws from Bunnings in advance. I have a power drill, but understand the person to complete this task is likely to have their own tools.

Plaster ceiling and wall where we have removed partition wall. We will complete preparation by putting up the board.

1. Mount monitor to brick wall 2. Wire HDMI cable from wall monitor to new PC at reception table (along wall & floor 3. Install Timer on brick wall near wall monitor 4. Install wall & floor cable to hide the HDMI cable & power cords for wall monitor & timer 5. Mount 8 green metal boxes on top hook part with nail onto brick wall (ensure sits at least 3cm above the floor to allow for cable underneath) 6. Cover green power boxes with black melamine & wood & paint any visible wooden pieces black so it looks good 7. Add wood piece on floor against approximately 3m length of wall to make floor similar level so people don't twist their ankle All materials provided. There's also a drills and masonry bits onsite but cutting of wood will need to be done with your own equipment as only have hand saw on site.

3 hooks put up on a high ceiling so i can hang a chain off and some self watering pots/plants and a shelf put up in hallway

Need to remove existing door Measure inside of frame Purchase replacement door from Bunnings etc And fit the new door so that it opens inwards instead of outwards (The existing door is not an exterior door so is getting weather damaged)

Need 2 x bike racks re-installed, heights changed and drilled into brick walls. FYI you will need a ladder as the bike racks are currently fitted up very high (see pic) Surf board racks fitted and mounted to wall (I already have the rack just need the screws/something to attach and you will need your own drill kit to fit to the wall) Garage walls and floor cleaned, swept and dusted thoroughly ready for painting.

Motor is operating, however chain is not moving.
