Hi, I am in need of a handyman to complete a few jobs around my apartment. Specifically: - Removal of a shelf under the sink (will require cutting); - Attachment of a TV unit to the wall; - Attachment of a TV to the wall; and - Potentially 3 shelves to be placed on the wall. If quotes can be provided that will be welcomed. EDIT: I have all of the wall mount brackets necessary. I note that the TV unit is three separate IKEA Besta cabinets (2 x Single, 1 x Double) that I will need to have secured together, with the parts that I have that came with the units. I note that I am still attempting to acquire the appropriate size shelves, so I may not need that completed with the rest of the jobs.

I have a botched solar installation job on a Hiace Commuter that needs a quick repair. The panel brackets were originally siliconed to the roof; which over time has caused the paint to crack and begin to lift due to vibration and wind pressure. Upon removing the front 2 brackets the paint shell has cracked all the way to the metal. As the other brackets have not yet cracked the paint, I do not plan on removing them. Since there are other attachments on the turret, a clean respray is not possible. There is a clearance of ~40cm between the biggest crack and the closest bracket. Ideally only the surrounding area at the front of the panel will need sanding back and re-coating. The cracked section seems to indicate that there is no filler underneath, though the roof has previously been touched up prior to me purchasing the vehicle. There are cracks around both brackets and a smaller hairline crack in the center (see photo with masked areas for location).

I have purchased a beautiful oak stair tread. (3 coats) - install 4 shelves (2 in kitchen 2 in bathroom) using floating shelf brackets into tile. I am keen to have someone do this who has worked with installing into tiles before. The car is an old 1987 4wd (Holden jackaroo). The drivers side front door is stuck in the open position, with the spring in the hinge mechanism having come loose. Likely needs the door removed (or at least the top hinge) and mechanism put back together (see pic).
