Hey there, Our ensuite basin is falling off of the wall as it was not screwed in from previous contractors. Because of this, the sealant is peeling off too. Please see attached images.

The middle slat on my bed seems to have fallen off. I need a handyman to come and take a look and repair it ASAP. If you could just triple check that the bed is set up okay that would be fantastic as well. I think the screw needs some form of nut which wasn’t originally attached properly. Any help would be appreciated.

The front door appears to be slightly too thick, causing it to rub against the bottom part of the frame. It will need some thinning. Afterward, both the door and frame should be repainted with two coats of matching color. Please provide your quotes.
