Brown water leaking on the floor of my kitchen , underneath my kitchen sink . Not a lot of water though, just a little - Due date: Flexible
The only good thing was punctuality, he was on time. He came to fix a slow leak, had a look to the leak and tightened a screw as he said he thought the leak was from there. Told us he would come to have another look if there was still a leak as it is a slow leak so its hard to detect. He then told me to release the payment for him and due to all the good reviews he has on here I trusted him and released the payment. A day after and we found there was still a leak so I contacted him again. Said would come on Sunday but I had something on so I rescheduled to Monday and he said it was fine. On Monday I contacted him asking what time would he come and DID NOT get a reply. I sent him a few messages after that asking if he is busy and tell him I could find someone else to help me if he cant. Still no reply ! It has been 5 days and Ive still not heard back from him. My experience with airtasker has been so negative !
