I need help to finish this paint job. Photos below and I can supply more if helpful. It’s - 2x outside brick walls (pale grey) plus - the timber french doors (monument) - timber sash windows (monument) and - the timber bifold window and frame (white - note, the inside of it is white too already) I have already double-coated the edges/ cutting-in and there’s one coat on all of one wall. Needs another coat. Other wall half done for single coat - needs finishing plus second coat. The sash windows and French doors will need a clean/ rub down and then paint. The bifold and frame is quite new so only needs a wipe down and paint. I am happy for the price walls and French doors/ sashes to look a bit “rustic” but I want a slick finish on the bifold. I will supply paint, you need to bring all other equipment (although I have blue masking/ edging tape). I will need photos of previous work - I really want a pro paint job please.

Remove & replace one architrave from the interior side and the adjoinging part of the frame of an ensuite sliding door. Seems the architrace was not prepared fully and possibly not sealed on the bottom edge allowing water...mould etc. See pic. Architrave itself is a thin one. I believe it is a 66 x 11 splayed, looking at the photos. This is available at Canterbury Timbers - could be other places as well of course. The side of the frame will also need to be replaced but I can't determine what thickness that timber is until it is dismantled. Replacement needs to be properly prepared for this wet area and sealed with silicone at the point of contact and painted.

I purchased a besta about 5 years ago and did a hack job attaching some alternate legs. I thought would be temporary and I’d get fixed later and then forgot about it. I’ve just moved and somehow they have survived but am too scared to start filling the cabinet as they look like they are about to give way. I need someone to come and help me put cabinet on its side and screw the legs in for me. May need a drill or something to get the legs to screw in properly as they are only half in and the unit is basically just resting on top.
