Hi my roller door won’t roll up all the way. The guide rails on both side are loose though I’m not sure if that is the cause of the issue.

Two issues I want to address - fix the wardrobe light - fix the loose screw The wardrobe light is always on even I close the door. I try to switch to use the new sensors but it doesn’t work. The screw seem loose in one of my cabinets.

Seriously! I couldn't be bothered trying to fix this myself so would appreciate anyone who can reattach the batten fix lighting to the bathroom ceiling. I believe it is POP (or gypsum - dunno) and I have ONE drywall screw anchor (metal) but maybe BYO two just in case (or at least one!). NO ELECTRIC STUFF required. Was trying to attach a lovely ball decorative light and the thing fell out (only bloomin' repaired about a week or so ago, see pic). THANKS

Remove old cabinet and install new one

We would like to replace our current single towel rail with a double towel rail (already purchased). Should be relatively simple for someone experienced, we just have no experience drilling into bathroom tile and are concerned about cracking the tile. Old towel rail bracket had vertical holes, while the new one has horizontal holes (see photos). So the main part of the job is drilling 2 new holes to fit the horizontal bracket, then filling the leftover vertical holes if possible/if needed. Location is in Gladesville (Sydney). Date would need to be a Wednesday or a weekend.

Minor car paint job to repair the front left corner bumper bar

Need a handyman to install a letter box onto brick wall. I have the letter box. Also require brick wall to be patched up where a previous door bell was. Please see images

I require a new outdoor door to be installed to replace an existing door that has rotten, which leads to a garage storage room. The door is mini sized door and approximately 735 mm x 1350 mm. We will require a lock to be installed. You can re use vent on existing door to place on the new door. Green skin outdoor door is fine. We can paint at a later stage.

Need help removing sliding window including the fixed one but keeping the frame. Need the opening to receive a large sofa. Also need help with reinstallation the following day or same day if don't mind coming back a few hours later. Would like a temporary taped cover to close opening while waiting for delivery. Window is ~1.57m wide and ~1.3m tall.

Need a bathroom cabinet changed. I have the replacement that needs to go in, it will need screws. The replacement has different holes that need to be drilled into the wall and may need a further 2 holes to hold the mirror door, as it is heavy. The wall is made of concrete as it’s in an apartment. There is also a power point in the current cabinet that needs to be considered. The replacement was bought so that the mirror drops down so you can see your face when at the sink.

We have some new equipment that needs to be installed to our pilates reformer beds. The job requires 2ppl in order to do within timeframe. Each bed install will take 20mins and we have 20 beds. Full instructions offered and only need minimal tools as seen in pics. Two of our beds already have the equipment installed so can physically see how equipment is attached.

Front door is currently slamming. Need someone to install soft door closer. We will purchase. Just after labour

supply and install 14 x retractable fly screens for awning windows. measurements all roughly 60 x 37 cm, I think one is slightly shorter. Possibly also one for a back door, less of a priority. Please quote for 1 window thanks

I have already dismantled the 1x window pane and could come to you. You only need the full window flyscreen replaced. Dimension(approx): 1.2m×0.85m. It might be good to have some extras just in case
