Repair small section of broken ceiling in my Garage

Our kitchen cupboard has an open gap against the wall cavity in which cockroaches etc are getting into the cupboards. I need someone to fit a large piece of timber in the cupboard to close off the gap.

Ceiling sagging atleast 50mm. Not sure of cause. House approx 10 years old. Found batten pulling away from gyprock Looks like not enough glue to timber structure and nails have not been able to support weight. To quote Adding subframe, gluing and nailing also patching any holes

Door Panels both for main door and side need to be fixed

The sliding doors do not work properly as the channel on the floor is sloped and top rollers may not be best suitable. May require some mode to the doors and new rollers to make it work. Photos attached.

The wheel on the sliding door requires replacement. Not sliding smoothly

2 small holes needing patching. One is a cut out square where my electrician put the switches and then moved it and left the clean cut hole. One is where a kid’s foot went into the wall. Painting not required. Just require the patching and sanding ready for me to paint.

Removal and replacement & rethreading of old clothes line
