Resheeting patio roof and reinstall box gutter

$1,500

Gooseberry Hill WA, Australia

11th Nov 2021

I am trying to deal with a water entry issue at my house that has caused damage to wooden flooring. I have recently had extensions done and it has put more load on the box gutter of an existing patio, the gutter is overflowing and the water runs down the back of the gutter and travels down the brickwork, following the doorframe in and then leaking inside through the door. The patio sheeting will need to be removed and the box gutter joints seperated, cleaned, resealed and revieted back together as the very first step. I had another roofing guy come in who simply removed the transitional downpipe between the house gutter and patio gutter which you can see circled in an attached photo, this stopped the water coming in through the door near the ‘Sitting’ in attached floorplan but it still comes in the other ones especially the Dining which is an issue as this is where the wooden flooring is: - Due date: Before Monday, 29th Nov 2021

Thanks Fred for completing the task.
