Having light fixtures in ceiling replaced so there are holes in ceilings that need to be patched n on walls where power points have been moved. Ceiling holes will be 7 n power points maybe 4 n other small holes in wall.

Sliding door has come off its runners again - last fixed about 12 months ago but purchased wheels were a bit small I think. Need someone experienced in fixing sliding doors. Door is about 30 years old. Wheels were available at Bunnings last time.

Fix sheet rock and remove arches that are square and keep cracking on corners

We are moving and have some last min odd jobs to do around the house. Someone with skills to attach a pull out clothesline to a brick wall, hang up/install a blind, fix a hinge on a door that is loose, change the spindles on the bath taps, fix loose vent back to ceiling. Please only respond if you are courteous, have the relevant skills/experience and will do the job properly. We have had our fair share of dodgy tradesmen recently and just want someone who does the job properly. 4 hrs work at $40/hr. If you can please just do as much as you can in 4hrs and we can work out if more time is needed then. Not sure how long each job will take, but there are other odd jobs if the others don’t take up 4 hrs.
