Hi there, I have an Acorn stairlift that has stopped working and comes up with some errors. I would like someone to come over and fix it. I assume you need to be familiar with this type of stairlift to be able to finish this task. The payment only will go through once the stairlift is working.

I would like to make this balcony safer to bring it up to 1m (if you added a top rail this would do it) and run something between the railings to make the gaps smaller. Open to ideas. Doesn’t need to be pretty, just safe.

This banister is wobbly and needs to be secured in some creative way to make it safe. There is some wood rot that needs to be bogged up and painted also to make it tidy the wood rot is not structurally a problem as yet and the whole balcony will be replaced in a few years.
