Find an experienced handyman in Green Point

We need 2 simple floating shelves put up (like the first photo) that just have screws to attach (see instructions) but we want to put them on a tiled wall that is likely over brick. So we need a handyman with the right tools to drill and fix through tiles without cracking them, and over masonry, etc. We need this done before the weekend so the job is urgent.

Certify cable path from house to garage for 3 x 50M cat 6a patch leads plus a longer cat 6a cable to be terminated in my rack in the basement and to a wall plate in the garage and certified. I will trench the 9 M section from tap to garage wall and I have all of the heavy duty solid conduit plus 32 mm solar flex conduit and all of the joiners and bends. Sure visit required on Saturday and I will then create the cable path and pull the cables and then you need to come back later certify the installation and terminate one cat6A cable. Recent rains have led to a leak in our colourbond roof above the entrance way. This has resulted in damage to the gyprock ceiling and wall. The flashing installed leaves a gap at the furthest edge which leaks in heavy rain. We need this fixed before replacing the gyprock.
