Hi there. I’m looking for someone with good handyman skills to do repair work at my investment property in Griffith. The property is very old and quite decrepit, so I’m just looking to get some basic work done in order to make it livable. The scope of the work is described below and I’ve provided photos, where possible. I’m hoping to get this done as soon as possible as I’ve already lost the previous tenant. NB - if you’d like a walk through of the place, happy to arrange it with my agent. BATHROOM/ LAUNDRY - The gaps in the walls can be sealed up with silicone. - Replace broken tiles near the taps and shower wall. - Remove the broken tiles on the shower floor and fill with cement to level the flooring. - Apply concrete to flooring near laundry taps - Repair and retile wall behind basin - Remove shower screen and place a rod with curtain - Resecure hot water system cupboard coming away from wall DINING ROOM - Repair hole in floor upon entrance to bathroom - Secure ceiling with timber - Put gap fills in the cracks. BEDROOM 1 - Replace skirting where white ant damage is visible. Termite treatment is happening next week so this can be done post that. LOUNGE ROOM. - Patch 2x cracks on high wall

Looking for a local Timber expert or French Polisher. Inspect a table at our customer's house and if required and upon customer's permission, fix the table on-site.
