Find an experienced handyman in Hackett

I need a new latch installed to be able to close the gate. I also need the side of the gate trimmed so it doesn't catch on the side wall.

I need someone to fix door where the door gas pump has pulled off. I think it needs a new piece welded on to it and then a new gas sliding thing attached. As well as this outside we have sliding door and I would like the new rollers attached to them. I will provide the gas pump thing that closes the door. This work is only for fixing the door where it is broken and replacing the rollers

We are looking g for someone to fix our garage door. The cable that connects the latch in the centre of the door has frayed and broken so it can’t be opened from the outside. I believe it is a counterweight garage door. We would like this fixed tomorrow in Hackett. Would require buying new cables (approx 1.5m long cables for each side of the door) and re-attaching to the central latch mechanism.

A couple of handy jobs. 1) Our front door is a commercial glass door and it's stopped closing by itself. We can still close it easily but it needs to be adjusted. 2) Put up a Ikea Skadis storage board for us. Best days are Monday and Thurs, can also do Tues or Wed morning after 8am.

Remodeling of bathroom. I need the 6mm conc board installed. Small job, 1 day work. I have photos I can send. - Due date: Flexible

Moving into a new place and doing some small Reno’s, we need an extra set of hands in the final days with some odd cleaning tasks and handyman tasks.. including - cleaning windows and bathroom/tiles - pressure hose clean - fixing doors - replacing shower head / towel rails - small flat pack to make - and if there’s time, help with laying floors or hanging curtains if you’re skilled in this 🤪 I’d say maybe 3-4hrs work. I have 3-4 skirting boards needing to be replaced; 1 doorframe (internal) and 1 door (internal) also needing replacement. The door needs a new closing mechanism. I purchased a chair off Facebook marketplace that I actually think is broken. It’s relatively stable at when it’s at its lowest height, but when you put it up to its highest height, is incredibly rocky / not stable at all. I think the base has popped out and I’m not sure how to put it back in. Pictures below but let me know if you need any other info to understand if you’re able to fix it! Old bathroom vanity needs to stabilised and re-attached to the wall.

Looking for someone with experience with fixing doors. In an older house where there has been some movement we 4 doors that won’t close - either sticking or not flush with frame.

We have two older style bathrooms that need a bit of refreshing. Generally good condition but need some new grout and sealing in a few spots.

blades have caught concrete and need replacing, mower stopped working because of this but unsure what else has been damaged - need it looked at and fixed asap! happy to negotiate price within reason - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 2nd Feb 2022 preferably but any time this week is also okay!
