Remove a concrete (and fiberglass?) table from a balcony one floor high. Happy for it be made into pieces/ destroyed in the process, to make it easy to remove. There is an internal staircase inside but very feasible to lower pieces over the balcony onto our lawn.

We have two homes in Hamilton South, two doors away from each other and require quote to have two new aluminum roof's, gutters and downpipes for both properties please.

We have two windows on our second storey granny flat where the sealant around the external window frames has deteriorated and cracked. As a result, water is starting to leak into the window bay and onto the internal wall when the rain gets really heavy. My insurance company have said they'll repair any internal wall damage but the external issue is maintenance that I need to fix first. I need someone who is confident replacing any water damage external timber framing around both windows and then resealing the window framing (and anywhere else around the window that needs sealing) to a high standard so no further water enters. I will pay for all materials, so the budget is for your labour. I only want someone who has experience with this sort of work please. Happy for you to come and inspect. Thanks. - Due date: Flexible
