I accidentally put a gole in ceiling when I was in roof. Hole is about 30cm x30cm with a timber beam in middle of hole. I have temporarily patched it up but needs fixing properly

The letterbox needs to be cemented to the ground. It was fixed but has come off the ground

Want to install roof on balcony and fix one of door.

I had a door hook on the door and its damaged the paint, I’m moving out and want to fix it before I leave. I’m unsure what a reasonable price is and I can paint match it at Bunnings.
