1. One of the timber floor slates have been damaged and needs to be replace. We have spares. 2. A door handle need to be refixed to correct alignment and operation (see photo of one of the handles) 3. A door handle has lost its "spring" and does not return to its return to its horizontal position.

I need 3 panels of lattice installed on my rear fence and a door latch needs cutting out and a 60-degree angle wedge installed. See the photo with the ruler. The cut-out needs to be made larger to add in an angled wedge. The railing has come loose on the bracket that connects to the plate attached to the floor. Looks like there is a bracket in the pole that has come loose and needs it welded so the bottom Of the pole can be screwed back. Refer to image attached

Hi there, I need to borrow 2.4M ladder to remove a smoke alarm cover to stop it beeping. I need the ladder dropped off however I will only need it for 5 mins

I have 2 outside gates that need adjusting. The tension on the self closing springs need adjusting so the gates can actually self-close, and the locks need to be adjusted so they shut properly.

1)Hang fairly heavy photo on the wall. I think the screw comes with it. You may need to take one out of the wall, and replace it with this one. 2) a drawer in our kitchen is getting stuck on something and we can’t figure out how to fix it. I think it’s something to do with the runner.

Bathroom sliding door has come off its tracks. Need someone to assess if it’s repairable or if it needs to be replaced, and then execute the repair/replacement.
