Hey there I'm planning on moving the wall behind backwards a bit in this bathroom to make more space for a shower/bath. Could you let me know an estimate if we have the walls down what it would cost to move the plumbing a foot back or so, which will then make the room perfectly square. From there we wonder if it would be possible to put a bath perpendicular, but we will wait to see what you recommend first with moving the shower part first to see what's possible. Please note, we haven't inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We plan to be there during renovations from Sat 2nd to Mon 18th Nov. It would be great if you could stop by before starting work to ensure we’re aligned and see if there’s anything we may have missed or need to organise! The property is 117 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We don't have a floor plan yet, but we'll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though). * General servicing, checking, and cleaning of gutters. * Some gutters have surface rust. It’s been recommended to apply bitumastic paint to these areas. * There is evidence that the gutters on the east side of the property may have leaked in the past. Potentially: * We’ve been advised to install soakwells for some of the downpipes at least 3 metres away from the property. Is this something you can help with? * We’ve also been advised that the hot water system and air conditioner should ideally be directed into the stormwater system or at least 3 metres away from the building. Potentially: * Replace approximately 0.5 sqm of tiles in the bathroom above the vanity (finger tiles). * Replace approximately 3 sqm of tiles in the kitchen (finger tiles). * We may also get a new shower screen/corner enclosure.
