50 sqm of concrete floor need to be grinded. It has water base paint, not thick layer but few dots of paint need to be removed before returning back to landlord. They can be removed by Pressure water but use the grinder is quicker. We will provide Pressure Water and Grinder machine and hose, water. Only need labour time
