The towel rail to be installed is this one (includes video with installation walkthrough): https://www.bathroombutler.com/au/product/double-towel-rail-1100mm-4688/ Prior to installation, a toilet paper roll holder needs to be relocated to the opposite side of the toilet, and a couple of old fixtures presumably from a previous towel rail need to be removed - see attached photograph.
Grant was polite, on time, and installed my new towel rail quickly and with no fuss - a very positive experience.
