Safe locker need to repair

1 internal door which wont close and one screen door which is difficult to open and close.

Looking for someone to install a bulk head here (gap is maybe 5cm). Please include gap filler + materials. We will paint it afterwards :-)

Back steps are cracked/broken in a couple of areas and require repair - see pics

You will however, have to supply your own tools (digger...etc) Looking for 4 things done: Repaving and tidying of our driveway (red granite) Fix or assist me in fixing a broken drainage pipe (seen in pics) Timber screening to cover air conditioning units Replacing about 10 brick pavers edging that were separating the driveway and yard but were removed for plumbing.. Details: 1) We had some construction here which ruined half our driveway. We need someone to remove a layer of dirt (10cm?) and replace it with new red granite. The area is around 105sqm. There are drainage channels and concrete that would need to be preserved and remain level with the new granite. This would involve brushing cement in and anything you’d suggest for durability. 2)As you can see in some of the photos, one of the drainage pipes was cracked/or unsealed during works. The angle is now a bit off and it doesn’t quite connect. During your excavating it would be good to reveal this pipe more so that it can all be glued back together slightly deeper. I have the PVC pipe bits needed and don’t mind doing some gluing myself but I would need it dug up (and with my schedule it might be easier for you to just do the gluing) 3) Timber screening to cover air conditioning units. In an L shape. See 3D drawings. Dimensions are around: 3.75m wide by 1m depth and 1.8-2.4m height depending on how much it will slope (harder for me to measure). We aren’t married to the design, but we want it to look clean. About 10 pavers (likley just the classic bunnings ones) edging came out (all in a row) and need to be replaced and concreted in when doing the granite We are open to some changes but this should give you a good idea of what we’re after.

Need help with the Repair scratches and dents on front bumper, primarily on passenger side, further will need help with the Fixing of paint damage and scratches

Awning window is stuck open. The winder spins but does not move the chain / window. We need the winder fixed or supplied and replaced. If the latter, the cost of the new winder will be added to the budget (+$80-$100)

Install a cat door in wooden external door at my cats height

I have an external awning that comes down outside in front of our nursery window for shade. It has an internal crank which seems to be jammed, possibly the cabling is folding as it feeds in and its getting stuck. Seems like a simple mechanical issue that could be fixed if someone knows how to take it apart and put it back together again without making it worse (which is what I think would happen if I tried). - Due date: Before Thursday, 15 February 2024

Hi need someone to help with installation of barn door floor guide. The floor guide seems to be bit off as per pictures. I have tried readjusting the door on to the guide but seems like guide is higher than the door base. - Due date: Flexible

The dual colorbond gates for our carport is sticking and the lock/latch lug is hanging off not properly afixed. 2 things need to be done: (1) Correctly afix the lug so it fits the lock/latch smoothly & firmly. (2) Grind down or sand down the gate edge surfaces by 1mm or so, so the gates open and close without sticking or catching. See pics for details. Thanks, Andrew - Due date: Before Friday, 5 May 2023
