We need various cracks sealed professionally and water tight on our front porch. The result must stop water ingress via those cracks. The existing sealant will need to be removed and the concrete cleaned back. We will require the chosen contractor to explain what they will do and the products they intend on using before commencing. Price excludes cost of sealant. On the contractors recommendation I will supply the sealant, contractor to supply tools and cleaning products.

Keen to find a carpenter / handy man to finish the job. Plaster is required around the door both at the front and back of the door plus fix the step up and make water tight at the front. Material costs will be additional (we will pay), thanks
