I need two large mirrors cut to size in Hilton (approx 2 meters by 1.5 meters cut to 1.5m x 1.5m), then transported to Cottesloe, up one small flight of stairs, and secured on the wall of an apartment. Images include the mirrors (3) stuck to a wall (have since been removed, only need two to be cut and taken to cott). Plus the area where they will be installed into Cottesloe.

A number of leaks were identified following recent storms and follow up inspection of the roof has identified a number of broken tiles. These need replacement together with some recapping.

We have a shower screen we need removed and kept intact.

We are removing a fireplace and a stud wall. The demolition works are set to be complete on Tuesday 9th. There will be roughly 3m2 of ceiling that will need fixing and a 15cm x 300cm part of wall that will need patching.

I have had a roller blind installed into a timber window frame. It was fixed to the top timber. Above this was a void that was filled with 'packers'. After pulling on the blind over time to open it, it has pulled off the top piece of timber. The gap needs to be filled and the timber reattached to the inside top of the frame. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible
