Need a professional handyman/gardener to attend to various jobs that are all light easy fix for repairs/maintenance/installations inside the property and garden yard area.please help supply materials if needed.

Painting with mostly our paint and oils both inside and out for general maintenance

Two dripping taps (bathroom and laundry). Possibly need new washers.

We are a Glenorchy Business looking for a handyman to assist with small to medium tasks for 2 hours each week until further notice. Must supply own tools and equipment, however, anything that requires replacement or parts etc. will be covered by the business. Must also be insured and have ABN. Budget up to $45 per hour.

1)Replace timber & hinges to reattach broken gate 2)Remove peeled paint, prime & paint external weather board 3) Remove mould, silicon gaps, remove peeling paint. Prime & paint with anti mould paint 4) Pressure wash deck to remove moss+dirt, apply 2-3 coat deck stain. Replace broken deck timber with standard deck timber.

My tenant has reported cracking along six 15x15cm tiles adjacent to the end of the bath. May be caused by house movement, but would like tiles removed, and inspection/remedy of any underlying cause (e.g. water leak, rotted frame), and replacement of tiles.

I want to drive this from Tasmania to Queensland, however it needs some love before that will happen, and to pass roadworthy. It only needs globes, and maybe a headlight adjustment to pass, according to previous inspection. Failed on the aforementioned, and exhaust (replaced), no horn (replaced OEM steering wheel), frayed seatbelt (replaced), hole in drivers carpet, (floor mats) 1987/88 NE/NF Mitsubishi pajero 2.6l petrol. Carby has not been tuned, it is a Webber conversion, on a 4g54 motor, and the radiator is not functioning correctly. Blown rocker or head gasket, lots of oil build up on passenger side under the intake.. it appears to be from the block, but hard to tell.. suspect welch plug. Car starts, but clutch is pretty much gone. No temperature reading. Various globes are blown. EVAP Lines to charcoal canister are a mess, with lines blocked off, and looped into themselves, etc.. Fuse blown in UHF. Engine has low compression on at least one cylinder. What I would like is; Complete engine bay degrease, to diagnose oil leak. Carby tuned, and vacuum lines fitted correctly. Rocker/head gasket replacement, if need. Fuel filter Universal fan shroud (maybe) Battery clamp Head lights, tail lights, repeaters, license plate lights, inspected and replaced as needed. New/Working Radiator. Extractors inspected for damage. Fix temperature gauge Issue road worth. Lastly, the vehicle is set up for air conditioning, but has no compressor, I would consider this if good used compressor or affordable new one is available

The Weeds/bushes need to be removed The Camelia need to be trimmed. make sure the trees on the right side are not higher than the roof (about 1m lower than the roof). the Camelia on the left side against the wall need to be 100 cm lower than the window. the Kangaroo paw and Lavenders--removed the dead roots/parts. rubbish need to be removed from the property.
