Find an experienced handyman in Hove

After some greenery/ privacy when we look out of this window (see internal picture). On the other side is only a 1 metre gap between the house and neighbours - aggregate concrete on the floor. I’m after: 1. A solution to the problem - Something nice to look out onto (ideally greenery) through that window, but don’t want too much space taken up in that passage way as we need to get down there with big items sometimes! 2. The application of the idea.

We have a large six foot mirror that needs hanging on a wall.

My mum has a reclining armchair and the leg rest is currently manual. I want to convert it to an electric leg raise like the more modern couches. from what read on the internet this is possible and can be straightforward if you know what you’re doing. Can anyone help please?
