We have an old mudbrick home that needs general repairs. To seal the house, fix doors and generally make safer for our daughter. An absolute plus if you can fix mudbrick. Deck repairs, fencing, clearing and all property maintenance it’s really unlimited. We assume this would be ongoing work and wouldn’t be a set price.

3 jobs. $50/hr. Or $50/per job if you’re quick. 1. Drill curbs ramp x2 into the driveway. I already have the rubber curbs and screw pieces. I don’t have a drill though. 2. Fix backyard fence. Basically a pool fence. Currently one part of the fence is loose. 3. The side of the stairs, as seen in the images, is loose. Can you fix this?

Son has put two holes in his bedroom wall We require them to be fixed properly due to renting and the owner selling. No painting required just require holes to be repaired :)
