I need someone who can cut the stainless steel shelf

We need to find a solution for this window. It had an old school air con which was removed and left the wood damaged. As an interim solution we installed a window over the top and put wood filler (that’s the yellow). It is on the second floor, so a tall ladder is required. We are looking to sell the property and we are hoping to clean it up and make it presentable for sale. We are open to any quick / affordable solutions.

We need a handyman to repair and stain the doors. Around the glass, a quad trim will be required, with the body of the door filled with filler and then stained. I've done it myself at the front door—yes, I know!! So there is an example of what's required. We're leaving the property in two weeks, so it needs to be done before then - I don't have the time to do this one. When we went out, the dog was put outside in a new house and got anxious. As a result, he chewed the doors. Be great if you could show examples of previous, similar projects.

Install mount provided on wall and drill into concrete Hang dryer

My camper trailer has a forward storage pod and along one of the hinges the metal has fatigued and broken an open hole which now allows water entry when it rains. I need the old metal grinder off and the hole repaired with car bog. No painting needed. Just the hole repair.
