Find an experienced handyman in Hyde Park SA

My store has old wooden floorboards some of which are very creaky which is extremely annoying as people are stepping on them all day. There are three which need to be fixed. Hoping that someone will be able to help and have a solution for this? Thank you very much in advance.

The dog has chewed through 2 areas of the sprinkler and need to cut chewed bits off and attach new hose bit. I would like the hose burried/pinned to ground so dog can stop chewing. Need to reset the sprinkler settings too.
