I have a fixed shelf under my sink I would like for it to be removed. It will most likely need to be cut out. The plumbing for the sink is also going through that shelf I have a mixer with a retractable hose. It doesn’t retract properly because the shelf is in the way so the weight is not able to pull the hose back in, the weight just sits on the shelf.

Timber door needs to be removed from it hinges. Timber strips (which are secured by tiny nails) holding insect screen mesh to be removed, mesh replaced with new mesh supplied, new timber strips put back in place and door replaced on hinges.

Hello, I need a door hung for my sons room. We needed to remove the door to install carpet and it needs to be cut down a few cm's. Door Jamb is in place. Original handles are in place. Hinges are in place ready to be re-fiited. All you need to do is cut it down. The door is a solid door, I need to buy hingesfor when its ready to be fitted but I can organise this. If you would like to come out we are in Port Kembla and you can come any day of the week. Im flexible with a time frame for the job, we are not going away for christmas. Hello, We are looking for someone to demo our small kitchen (with rubbish removal). Please see images attached. Things to be removed: - bench tops (in 3 small sections) - sink -cabinets (5 lower cabinets in total) - tiles - oven (our electrician has removed wiring) - floor boards (floating vinyl - with scotia) The job is in North Wollongong. Please note we are on the 3rd floor of an apartment building (no lift). There is ample visitor parking and large driveway in front of building. Four of my kitchen drawers were old and I like to replace them. Measurement of the drawer: 14cm high x 39 cm wide x 42cm deep I do not want to change the drawer track as you can see a track rail in the middle of the drawer.so it is simply slide in and out. I can reuse the existing kitchen door handle as long as you give me the screw hole as below measurement; the house located near train station , I can paint the kitchen front panel myself, the colour is dulux : Teahouse so far. therefore your kitchen drawer font panel might be just raw material with prime and ready for paint is fine. Please let me know how much including shipping cost, I think purchase one of this drawer first, if all good then order the rest of three drawers.
