I’m in urgent need of a carpenter to finish installation of this cavity slider. The last carpenter bailed and only done half a job. Ull need to supply a 720 door to suit the 720 cavity slider All timber is on site. Urgently need this done today

Hi, We are from Oscar Wylee. We had cabinet installation few months ago but when opening one of the doors the screws simply popped out! This led us to the revelation that the holes these screws are in are about 5x the size of the screw themselves and the screws, which aren't pointed so don't grip onto anything, were simply screwed in on an angle to appear secured. The force of the hinge's movement itself continued to just pull the screws out of the cabinet door when attempting to put them back. Thankfully we had a few spare screws with points we were able to use and re-secure the door. Can you please send us a quote for rectify this issue?

Remove all defective and incompatible metal flashings and engage a licensed roof plumber to design and install correct flashings that meet the Australian roofing code and prevent water ingress in these areas. Remove the incompatible wire mesh from beneath the exposed roof sheet. Cut back the roof sheet from above to allow water to pass freely in this area so the diverter below the eaves sheet can be removed and the flashing below repaired. Install suitable capping or barge roll to this area

The garage door was pushed out of the tracks, while closing did not see originally and the garage closed half way and has been stuck. The garage door will not roll up or down, it is stuck. Unable to place back into the tracks ourself.

The trip went off in the evening and all the power outlet in the house are not working. Possible caused is that one of the power sockets seems to have a little bit of rain water that leaked from the room. I would like if you could check whether that's the issue, and if it is replace or dry that socket. Please note that you can not use any power socket in our house for your equipment. However, we have lights on in the house. In addition, if you could seal the leaking places on the edge of the roof (about 3 - 5 places), it would be perfect. But, these leaking occur when it rains, so I don't know whether it can be fixed in this weather condition. Thank you for your consideration.

The Job for this is to reattach the blinds bracket. The mounting bracket attached to the ceiling has come loose as attached pictures.

Swing gates need reprogramming

I need a handyman to attend House to view a bed base and rectify issue, it seems to be sinking so we assume that it will need extra bracing for example an extra leg in each corner. We need to fix the issue on site with own tools and materials. Do not have photo of the sinking part as it is at clients property however this is a image of the bed frame.
