The door is no longer closing properly and has become quite difficult to open. It needs to be taken off its hinges and have the bottom removed and/or sanded back.

Concrete path has sunken and needs to be repaired.

Assemble IKEA METOD kitchen pantry and fix to wall. The main item is the METOD high cabinet with shelves (80x37x200). The METOD suspension rail will need to be cut to size and used to fix the cabinet to the wall. The cabinet will sit on 4x CAPITA stainless steel legs. A FORBATTRA plinth will be installed to cover the legs. Ideally the job will be done over the weekend but can be flexible into next week. Timing flexible.

Semi cassette awning to be installed, securely attached to wooden weatherboard wall. See the picture for the installation spot above the doors. Needs to be positioned high enough so it can operate okay over the lights. The front door to our house is out of alignment and will not close, unless forced. I require someone who will be able to remove the door and fix it back to it’s correct alignment. Can be flexible with the day for the job to be done.
