Posting again with more info. One of my walls has water constantly seeping out from the bottom where the wall meets the floor. The wall is dividing a half bathroom (just toilet and hand basin) and the garage. The opposite side of the wall is completely dry and there is no toilet or basin on that wall, there is however a toilet and basin against the next two walls of that bathroom. I also just noticed two tiles on the bottom of the wall (on the opposite side of that bathroom to where the water is leaking from) have come apart, assuming from the moisture swelling. Im guessing there is a pipe somewhere in there that has sprung a leak. Im just looking for the best quote but will need it repaired asap : ) Photo 1 is leaking side of the wall in the garage, photo 2 is the other side of the leaking wall (which is completely dry) and photo 3 is on the back wall of the bathroom where I noticed two of the tiles rhat go around the bottom of the wall had come apart.

My Bosh oven's temperature dial is not working. I beleive it is the rotatry encoder / potentiometer (which is rotated by the white spindle you can see in the second photo). It no longer adjust the temperature, and rotates past 360 degrees. The core task would be to fix that, but if you'd like to quote on fixing the door seal while you're at it, that would be good.
