LIST OF HOME HANDY JOBS TO RESOLVE - This is our initial list but we're also looking for our long-term handy man. Must have all the tools to get it done! Feel free to quote for some or all of the below listings 1) GATE - scrapes floor, wanted lifted and resolved properly also replace latch. 2) ROOF VENT CAP - repair and resolve lid and just change for any issues inside - but just lid appears to have come off. 3) KITCHEN RANGE HOOD - The ascetic neck of the range hood as slipped - needs a quick fix up. 4) PRUNE TREE - Some neighbours tree has encroached our roof - needing a small trim. 5) GARAGE DOOR - Some wood varnish peeling etc need some sanding, proofing etc 6) FRONT HOUSE EVES - Same as garage door some peeling etc - needs same repairs as Garage Door 7) MOUNTING - 5 FRAMES & 1 HEAVY MIRROR * Will also pay for parts e.g. latch, hooks etc Please only genuine Handyman apply
