We are building a cat run and want to exlarge an existing small hole in exterior/interior wall. There is brick and drywall to cut through. The hole is about 2 metres off the ground so you must be comfortable on a ladder.

I have 32 boxes of porcelain tiles (60 x 30cm - 8 tiles per box) that were left outside in the weather. I need someone to remove tiles from the wet packaging, wash the cardboard & dirt off, set aside very dirty or chipped tiles and stack them to dry for the tiler to install over Easter. Boxes are heavy (25kg) and tiles are easily chipped - so looking for someone both strong and careful). Approximately 280 tiles & only a short distance to move but it is outside in full sun. Guessing 3-4hrs work & will pay extra if it takes longer than expected.
