We need 2-3 rubber strips/window seals replaced over existing windows. Windows are dated but functional and required seals to stop water from coming in. 5 small banks of louvres + 2x sliding windows + replace security mesh front door. Louvres are sitting angled within their frames and when shut don’t provide a seal, closing mechanism doesn’t neatly shut. Sliding windows sit wonky in the tracks and don’t provide a neat close. Need to refelt the sliding windows too. Replace front hinged security door (I will provide this)

Remove a patch of carpet in my bedroom and replace it with another piece

Got a hole in a wall that needs to be fixed

Just need the screens replaced with flyscreen

We have a 1.6 m long frameless shower screen. The top rail has come loose at the wall at the fixed panel end, and the rail angle has moved, causing the door to be on a slight angle. The door strikes the tiles at the bottom when closed but has a 1 cm gap at the top, and has an angled gap underneath. We need someone familiar with these screens to check the rail attachment to the wall and possibly adjust the door mounting rollers so that it does not slide on an angle.
