We're about to move in to a house on April 2022. There are some minor things to be repaired as listed below: 1. The downpipe to the front is leaking at the gutter. 2. The ensuite shower needs resealing to the edges. 3. A bedroom door handle is missing and needs replacing. The door is also not closing and needs trimming to fit the opening. 4. Replace crack side tile at shower room. 5. Unable to close one of the kitchen drawer, probably just need readjustment. 6. concrete mortar to the roof capping tiles is damaged in places and needs repair. 7. 3 vertical windows used to slide smoothly now one just drops so you have to manually control slide, one is sticky so you have to force down.
