Replace four bedroom ceiling fan/lights

I have a Holman vertical green wall kit I need installed onto an external brick wall. There are 10 panels in total. Task involves measuring where the hooks that hold the panels go, drilling holes in brick, hanging panels. I’ve given it a try but my measuring skills suck apparently! We can supply the raw plugs, screws, hammer drill and driver drill.
