Find an experienced handyman in Kensington Park

We have a large 2-pack cupboard door (approx 2.1m height by 0.9m wide) in our kitchen which is 'semi-integrated' to the fridge behind with a slide bar. It is currently supported by 4 Salice hinges. The door has become mis-aligned and 'off-square' (possibly due to some of the hinges sagging/loosening) resulting in the top of the door now rubbing the frame/ carcass when closed, with a wider gap at the bottom. We are looking for an appropriately qualified handyman to readjust the door and, if necessary, fix/replace the hinges. The estimated budget provided for this job is for labour only, not the cost of any new hinges -which we are happy to pay extra for if they are required.

Install new tap to deck . Approx 7 m of plumbing will need to go from kitchen into ceiling pipes. External access to both walls (kitchen and deck and not too fussed re external walls appearance after as hidden .

Instal ceiling fan new no existing fan in place

We have a steel gate door that has a two sided handle on it, tge placement creates a pinch point and needs to be moved. The holes from the old placement need to be plugged/patched to match colour of frame to avoid corrosion and look good. Price negotiable subject to required materials.

Require the installation of 3 x BESTA cabinets from IKEA on to the walls in 3 different rooms. Wall mounted cabinets will be installed onto brick walls. Dimensions of cabinets are 120x42x38 cm
