Hi - there are three seperate items for this job: 1. The bottom rail of the fence got bent, please see pictures. Possibly from the sliding gate coming off the rails and getting stuck under. Therefore will need the bent rail replaced and battens reinstalled. 2. The pedestrian gate does not latch properly - I am not sure of the solution for this, therefore may need an inspection to see what can be done here. 3. The sliding gate is scrapping against the rollers. Will need an inspection for a potential repair. Looking for an experienced handy man or fencing specialist with attention for detail. 50cm 50cm Need to fix asap

Experienced handyman to change over existing shower head to Rail shower. This is a retrofit DYI shower kit. The new shower screws to the existing shower water inlet but requires a hole drilled in the tiles lower down to attach the bottom of the rail. Plumber not really required as it’s sold as DYI product but if you have plumbing experience it’s a bonus. You also must be confident you can drill into the tile without ruining or breaking my tiles. I would think you could be in and out in under an hour. Today or tomorrow please. Photo new rail shower & existing shower fitting

Looking for a qualified tradie/handyman please. Easy job though. Quotes encouraged! Happy for an hourly rate quote, i've just guessed on time. Due to the uncertain nature of the work, this is for a quote. Any subsequent job will be posted/filled through airtasker. Unit is in a small gated collection of 8. IS unattended and needs some automated irrigation fixed, and a little tidy up of weeds / leaves. Want an old irrigation system replaced for a small garden. Tap is also leaking heavily when turned on and needs repair (washer? o-ring? water shoots up from the handle when it's turned on). hunterindustries.com/irrigation-product/controllers/btt Thinking one of those, which a neighbouring unit has. Existing tubing isn't great and either needs repair or replacement. Easy dirt access to tap/tubing by the looks. Nothing there hidden under pavement. A bit of weeding around the side and back too! Unit is unattended and needs an outside tidy. Optionally updating an irrigation system out the back too but it is less important. Unsure if tubing works because have missing bits to connect it to the tap. Feel free to have a look. Tubing runs under pavement though, so if it isn't working well will probably put that off for now. Am in town until the 17th. Helping family with some tasks, but have no tools or time for this one.
