Nick Scali leather 2.5 seater recliner. One side not reclining properly, I think frame has been bent and now is very wonky when trying to extend. It also feels as though the metal frame is close to the surface on the leg extension area so very hard and uncomfortable. Could do with a bit of padding added to tjhat area as well.

Need to fix the blind to the wall. Just need to screw the wall and hang the blind.

Small bedroom, 3 walls need plaster repair, 1 wall needs replacing, has gyprock on it but incorrectly installed . Ceiling has termite damage on cornices, not sure if needs repair or replace. Room size is 3500 x 2400. The room will be emptied soon. The end wall that is gyprock needs to be taken down, behind that is a brick wall that was the original back wall of the house. Now a bedroom behind it. The wall had a window in it that was filled in with shelves and then insulation placed between the wall and gyprock. Unfortunately the gyprock sits proud of cornice above it. I’m thinking of replacing gyprock with VJ board.
