Just need largeish L shape metal brackets drilled onto side of 2 storey house for a window aircon to sit on. Our regular drill isn't strong enough so you'll need a decent one that can drill into timber or masonry. Then lift the 35kg aircon in through the window and onto the brackets (and affix to brackets). Not a hugely difficult job if you have the right tools. We will supply the screws and brackets

We have a step that’s broken that requires fixing

G'day! Some help needed for the below task, plus a few other gardening/general tradeswork. I am posting these tasks individually but feel free to check out the other tasks as well! Task description: Fix carport roof rust/leakages from holes. The carport roof is aging and showing rusts/holes on some pieces. Replacement and fixes will be needed. Also some general clean up. I will share the property manager's contact once the task has been assigned so you can discuss the time for this task to be completed! Again feel free to check out my other tasks!

The bottom rail of my balcony balustrade has come loose. As a result all of the posts have fallen out. The rail needs to be removed, chocked back into place, posts reinstated and any holes appropriately patched/repaired/filled.

I need my wardrobe doors upgraded. You will measure, order, supply and install new mirror faced sliding doors to replace the existing old hinged doors shown in the photographs. The wardrobe is approximately 243cm wide x 237cm high. The cupboard component is to remain as it is, with all the doors being replaced. The new mirror faced sliding doors are to have minimum frames, and if the frames are to be seen then they should be plain white. Prefer that just two sliding doors are installed, but if three are required to span the width, then that is acceptable.

I need a splashback installed in my new Bunnings (Kaboodle) kitchen. The splashback is to wrap around the three sides of the kitchen bench and is in two parts, being: acrylic for most of the area, and glass for the area that is adjacent to the cooktop. The splashback will need to be cut to accommodate two PowerPoints and the water taps and spout from the walls. I’ll supply the splashback and you’ll install it.

Bench top has been mould effected. Needs to be stripped back filled and revarnished. Doesn’t have to be perfect just better. Silicone around sink has disappeared. - Due date: Before Friday, 8 December 2023
