This house is a deceased estate. It has junk underneath the house that needs to be removed. This includes some old timber barn style doors to be removed also. See pictures to scope the task. Most of the area under the house is standing height, but more than half of the items to be removed are in areas that require crouching to access. All the junk must go, leaving nothing behind but bare dirt, the gas barbecue, and the running machine. The concrete underneath is to be swept and the gas barbecue and running machine returned inside.

This concrete run off drain is lifting and I would love it replaced ASAP as worried snakes might get in there. Photos showing job is attached. Length is approximately 7 metres. Photos attached.

Just need largeish L shape metal brackets drilled onto side of 2 storey house for a window aircon to sit on. Our regular drill isn't strong enough so you'll need a decent one that can drill into timber or masonry. Then lift the 35kg aircon in through the window and onto the brackets (and affix to brackets). Not a hugely difficult job if you have the right tools. We will supply the screws and brackets

The bottom rail of my balcony balustrade has come loose. As a result all of the posts have fallen out. The rail needs to be removed, chocked back into place, posts reinstated and any holes appropriately patched/repaired/filled.

Various minor work needed for my house in Keperra QLD: 1) new letter box - old one is broken just need a new one, should be a pretty easy plug-and-play job 2) gutter cleanup - some unused items in the gutter including paints and some handy tools, all valuable tools that costs a lot to purchase outright. I need my wardrobe doors upgraded. You will measure, order, supply and install new mirror faced sliding doors to replace the existing old hinged doors shown in the photographs. The wardrobe is approximately 243cm wide x 237cm high. The cupboard component is to remain as it is, with all the doors being replaced. The new mirror faced sliding doors are to have minimum frames, and if the frames are to be seen then they should be plain white. Prefer that just two sliding doors are installed, but if three are required to span the width, then that is acceptable.

Split level house requires some shrubs to be trimmed away from the house to prevent ants/insects using the leaves as a highway! The lower side of the house is two storey, so will need a ladder to access and cut the shrubs etc. Front of the house has a palm tree that can be removed to the ground, for which I will then poison. Task is relatively easy, but happy to run through the job prior and ensure full awareness of the requirements and expectations.
