A towel rail falling down, some canvas artworks measured out on a wall properly and hung. 4x security cameras put up (the DIY type), I need a light globe put in high up on a stair case (big ladder needed), spare toilet is making a water running sound so turned it off for now and maybe a few other little bits and pieces. It involves drilling into masonry. This how-to video (https://youtu.be/imLhF1LhCig) shows step-by-step instructions and the tools needed for the job. I have none of these tools! Need a handyman/lady to attend our facility in Kewdale to complete 2 tasks: 1. Remove, and replace hinges for the front door of our office area. Standard glass panel double door system containing 3 hinges per door. 2. Service and repair large truck bay automatic roller door. When the door is being lifted and lowered, one of the sides pops out of the guide rail causing the door to shudder. Tasker must be able to perform both tasks as we are not interested in separating the work into two jobs. When submitting your quote, please ensure you include the cost of the hinges in your quote as you will need to purchase and supply them as part of the work. Must have own tools, and wear steel cap boots on site to comply with our company safety policy. Hi-vis vest can be loaned to the right person whilst they completed the job if required.
