Find an experienced handyman in Kiels Mountain

There is an existing ceiling fan and light in the room. I will need this removed and replace with a pendant light please.

This is not a big house but does need fixing under the house looks like the stumps are there to put back into place but lm no expert the floor has dropped a bit in some places and can not put my heavy furniture in the house till it’s done please can someone help

The final install of a 60" in-ground basketball system. The anchor/footing has already been concreted in last week and the basketball hoop system is on site ready for the final install to complete it.
