Need you to put up art and supply all hooks etc. Walls are Gyprock. Art isn’t too heavy - ranging from 0.5-5kg (I think)

I’ve had a wall-fitted internal lamp moved and it’s left a hole (approx 3cm*2cm) in the plasterboard wall that needs filling in, sanding and painting) probably over 2 short visits).

Top floor balcony (tiled wooden floor with glass and aluminium rails) was rebuilt about 10 years ago. The two side rails are rigid but the long front is not. A balustradeguy a few months ago said he could fix it with met bracket but wasn’t interested in doing the job. - Due date: Flexible
