There is a hole in the celling that needs to be fixed, possibly replacing one sheet of gyprock and fixing another hole but only about 30cm by 30 cm. The main job is in a void about 5m high and will require scaffolding or another method to ensure safety as it is in a hard to reach location. Budget will be discussed later.

We.need to have our kitchen cupboards, draws and oven if possible, child proofed. Not sure if you have anyone come out with recommendations or we buy and they install..we are not handy

My cat has torn up my carpet (the first set of photos) and I've dropped an iron (the 2nd set of photos) on my rental's carpet. The landlord is aware - we just need to fix it up. Anyone know how to fix / do patchwork on the carpet? I put $300 as the budget - but I'm really not sure what this should cost.
