There is a hole in the celling that needs to be fixed, possibly replacing one sheet of gyprock and fixing another hole but only about 30cm by 30 cm. The main job is in a void about 5m high and will require scaffolding or another method to ensure safety as it is in a hard to reach location. Budget will be discussed later.

My cat has torn up my carpet (the first set of photos) and I've dropped an iron (the 2nd set of photos) on my rental's carpet. The landlord is aware - we just need to fix it up.
